I’ve been to the Otay Ranch location back to back the last couple of days and every time I was greeted and had my order taken promptly( helps that i already knew what i was having) i was there no more than 10 mins both times from the time I entered to the time I left.Both times i ordered the cauliflower crust carnivore pizza. Very hot (temperature wise) and delicious!!! Both daughter and I shared it and she loves it! High quality ingredients and exceptional service from the young lady who works there. I couldn’t tell if she was wearing her name tag but on the receipt it’s says Cashier S. I would definitely recommend this establishment!

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience at Blaze Pizza. The cheese bread dough was partially uncooked, and the pizza sauce served on the side had almost no flavor. My to-go order also wasn’t ready at the promised time, which was frustrating. On top of that, customer service was lacking — no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help while I waited. I eventually had to go to the register myself just to inquire about my order. Overall, the food quality and service both missed the mark on this visit.

Like new build your own pizza restaurant. You choose you crust, then go down the counter selecting various toppings before they put it in the oven. The ingredients and topping are fresh and not like a chain restaurant. The crust is very thin and tender making it a little messy if you add a lot of toppings, but then do offer a thicker crust as an option. A pizza large enough for 2 people was $15 with any amount of toppings and personalization. The staff were very friendly, the place was very clean, and they have plenty of seats and parking. I like this restaurant and would suggest giving them a try!

Recently discovered this pizza chain in Florida. We love good pizza and this is a great one. You decide what you want from a large selection of fresh quality ingredients and is then quickly cooked. Has great flavor and crust for only $13.99. And the staff was very helpful also. I am surprised San Diego only has two restaurants but hopefully more soon. No more frozen pizza for me.

We usually have a great experience here, but we recently placed an order online which included a half pizza with veggies. When we arrived home and opened the box, we found something completely different from what was ordered. Due to dietary issues, we couldn't eat the pizza. I called for a refund and was advised I should receive one in a few days. The person on the phone was very kind and understanding. I have no issues with the pizzas or customer service here. The pizzas are made well and taste great, but if you place an order online, just open your box at the restaurant to make sure the pizza you ordered is what is in the box. That way, you won't be disappointed when you get home.
